摘要
在平均直径为φ1400的锥形流化床上,对青霉素钠盐进行了流化床-喷雾造粒的工业试验,采用了旋转气流形的舌形分布板,并在φ1400的器壁加进了二次切向气流,提高了颗粒的球化程度和强度。
In a cone fluidized bed with average diameter of 1400 mm, an industrial scale experiment on spraying granulation of sodium-penicillin was carried out. A tongue shape of distributing plate with a whirling gas stream contour was equipped and a secondary tangendal air flow supplied on the wall of φ1400mm was added to increase the spheroidizing extent and intensity of granules.
