干燥器内产品收集率低是长期存在的问题。介绍一种新型气流干燥器,它采用针轮转子、锥形分级器和气动力分离器,可将2mm以下的颗粒在不需配置旋风分离器的条件下达到完全收集的程度。

To overcome the shortcoming of a traditional dryer, poor in grain collection, a modified pneumatic dryer was showed, which could separate grains with diameters less than 2 mm without a cyclone by a using bristle assembly rotors, a conical classifier and an aerodynamic separator.
