摘要
目的对年轻恒牙施活髓切断术观察其疗效。方法对113颗深龋露髓及创伤露髓并发牙髓炎的年轻恒牙进行活髓切断术治疗。结果62颗盖髓有效,成功率54.87%;51颗盖髓无效(无效为无变化及失败)其中无变化38.05%,失败7.08%。结论活髓切断术是治疗深龋露髓及创伤露髓并发牙髓炎的较好方法。
Objective: Observing vital pulpotomy of young permanent teeth. Method:Vital pulpotomy of young permanent teeth,pulp exposed teeth with endodonfifis deep caries and tranmafic.Results:Pulp capping effecfive:62teeth,Success rate 54.87%. pulp capping meffective:51teeth-no change 38.05%.failure7.08% Conclusion:Vital pulpotomy is effective in curing pulp exposed teeth with endodonfifis.
