摘要
随着我国社会、经济的发展,管理的作用日益突出。因此学习西方先进管理技术和方法对促进我国社会、经济的发展逐渐成为一种趋势。作为管理之父的泰罗,目前对其管理理论的研究大都停留在技术方面,忽视了管理理念和管理哲学。然而泰罗的管理理论是技术性与思想性有机统一,后者往往更值得研究和学习。
With the rising effect of management in social and economic development,the research and study of management theory,especially the occidental advanced management theory has been widely spread.As 'father of scientific management',Taylor's irreplaceable management theory is being comprehensively studied.commented and spread,Limited to the technical aspects,the previous study of Taylor's management theory neglected its thought aspect and management philosophy.Taylor's theory is an integrated whole which includes management technique,management skill,management thought and management philosophy.And neglect of each of the four will lead to an incomplete understanding of the kernel of Taylor's management theory.
