进行专业整合,设置独立的经济与管理系,为管理学科长远发展提供平台;加快管理类专业建设,积极创造条件,力争第二批升本;加强非师类专业实习实践基地和实验室建设,推动和规范实践教学,切实提高教师实践教学能力,确保应用型人才培养目标的实现;以经济与管理系和区域经济与企业管理研究中心为平台,推进经济科学与管理科学研究,努力为地方经济和社会发展服务;以推行"双证书"制度为切入点,大力开展就业与创业教育,促进学生充分就业,形成面向市场需求的人才培养模式。

In the recent five years,the basic thinking about administrative course and its development in Ankang Teachers college is:a,set up an independent economic and administrative development;b,speed up the construction of this specialized subject;c,improve teachers' real teaching ability,in order to achieve our aim of training men for practice;d,give impetus to the study of economical and administrative science,give service to local economical and social development;e,form a personnel training pattern geared to the market needs.
