On the Cultivation of Perfect Personality of University Students

培养人格健全的大学生是高等教育的重要任务。要培养健全人格的大学生就必须结合时代发展的需要,结合大学生的健康成长需求,以及继承发展中华优良道德传统的要求,加强理想信念、科学文化、人文素质、道德品质、法纪、美育、心理等多方面教育,并通过学习先进,参与社会实践,扩展人际交往和心理咨询等途径来实现。

It is one of the most important tasks of higher education to cultivate students with perfect personality.To fulfill this task,we should combine it with the needs and requirements of times,students healthy growth and carrying-forward of traditional Chinese ethics.We should strengthen the education on ideal and belief,science and culture,humanistic and moral quality, law and discipline,aesthetic education,psychology,etc.through learning advanced examples, participating in social practice,developing interpersonal communication and psychological consultation.
