当代中国社会转型亟须文化与意识形态领域的建设,其中科学理性或科学精神的培养与弘扬因其与社会发展的人力资源要素密切相关,因而显得至关重要。本文在此主要分析了科学精神与社会道德塑造以及科学精神与公民基本素质两方面的内容。

The construction in cultural and ideological fields is very important and urgent in modern China. Meanwhile, the cultivation and popularization of science reason or science spirit are of utmost importance because they are closely related to the elements of human resources in social development. The thesis mainly analyzes the cultivation of science spirit and social morality and it also discusses the relationship between science spirit and civil fundamental quality.
