摘要
面对矛盾,人们的处理方式通常有三种:一是斗争,结果是一方支配控制,另一方服从退让,或者两败俱伤;二是双方妥协,各自作出一些让步;三是寻找平衡,利用矛盾。选择怎样的方式处理矛盾,影响到管理者之间的关系和工作效果。当今时代我们更多需要的是,寻找平衡,利用矛盾。然而矛盾是复杂的,怎样才能找到平衡点?怎样才能利用矛盾?本文试图给予一些回答。
Generally speaking, there are three ways to settle contradiction among people. First,conflict is one of the ways which will result in that one-side dominates the other which submits and yields; or both sides suffer and neither can gain. The second way is that both sides reach a compromise and make some concessions. The third way is to seek equilibrium by making use of contradiction. The way chosen to settle contradiction will affect the relationship among administrators and their working effect. Nowadays what we need more is to seek equilibrium by making use of contradiction. Given the complication of the contradiction, this paper will try to give some answers to the following questions as how to find equilibrium point and how to make use of contradiction.
