摘要
目的:研究类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)患者外周血和关节滑膜液淋巴细胞CD25、HLA -DR的表达,探讨其在RA致病中的作用。方法:采用流式细胞仪检测RA患者外周血和关节滑膜液淋巴细胞CD25、HLA-DR的表达,并设立正常对照组。结果:RA患者外周血表达CD25的T淋巴细胞和B淋巴细胞,与正常对照组相比明显增多(P<0.01);关节滑膜液表达CD25的B淋巴细胞和表达HLA-DR的T淋巴细胞和B淋巴细胞,与正常对照组相比亦明显增多(P<0.01)。结论:外周血和关节滑膜液淋巴细胞CD25、 HLA-DR的表达增高,在RA发病机制中起着重要的作用。
Objective:To research the expression of CD25, HLA-DR on lymphocytes of peripheral blood and synovial fluid in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and to identify its role in the pathogenesis of RA. Methods:Cell surface expression of activation markers CD25, HLA -DR on lymphocytes of peripheral blood and synovial fluid in patients with RA were studied by flow cytometry, and healthy human were used as control groups. Results:The expression of CD25 on T lymphocytes and B lymphocytes in peripheral blood of patients with RA was obviously increased compared with control group (P<0.01), the expression of CD25 on B lymphocytes and HLA-DR on T lymphocytes and B lymphocytes in synovial fluid were also significantly increased compared with control group (P<0.01). Conclusion:The over - expressed of CD25.HLA -DR on lymphocytes in peripheral blood and synovial fluid of patients with RA may play an important role in the pathogenesis of RA.
