摘要
采用盆栽试验,研究了土壤重金属复合污染物在油菜中的迁移、累积及重金属交互作用的特征.结果表明,CdPb和CdPbCu复合污染降低了油菜株高、根长和产量,重金属污染使油菜营养品质下降,Cd-Pb-Cu复合污染对其影响最大;CdPb交互作用促进了Cd从油菜根部向地上部分的迁移,而在不同处理下,油菜根部Pb的含量均大于茎叶的含量;CdPb对油菜吸收Cd具有协同作用,对油菜吸收Pb却具有拮抗作用,Cd-Pb-Cu复合作用的影响则比较复杂.
Pot experiments are conducted to study the transfer, accumulation and interaction characteristics of heavy metals in soil-cole system. Results show that cole’s height, root length and yield decrease under Cd-Pb and Cd-Pb-Cu compound pollution treatments. Heavy metals’ pollution makes cole quality decrease and the effect of Cd-Pb-Cu is the most evident. Cd-Pb interaction stimulates Cd to transfer from cole root to its top. Under different treatments, Pb contents of cole root are more than that of its stem and leaves. Cd-Pb has a synergistic effect on the Cd uptake of cole, but an antagonistic effect on its Pb uptake. Cd-Pb-Cu compound effect is complex.
