The Status Quo of Juvenile Delinquency in Guangxi:Its Countermeasure

广西未成年人犯罪问题形势严峻,体现在犯罪率急剧上升、团伙犯罪问题突出、犯罪类型多元化、犯罪低龄化等未成年人犯罪特点上。犯罪原因主要有未成年人生理、心理特征、家庭环境消极因素影响、学校教育失误及不良文化影响等。未成年人犯罪有个人的原因,但社会原因更多,故对未成年人犯罪的有效对策应为综合治理。

Guangxi is facing the grim situation of juvenile delinquency .First ,the juvenile delinquency is characterized by the rapid increasing crime rate ,serious gang crimes, varied crime forms and lowering ages of criminal offenders. Second ,the juvenile delinquency is due to a number of factors ,including personal factors, but social factors in particular.,Therefore ,improving all facets of public security should be an effective measure to prevent and control juvenile delinquency.
