摘要 1特发性DVT中癌症的筛选问题 1.1概述1986年Aderka D正式提出,特发性深静脉血栓(DVT)常为隐匿癌症的先兆征,即临床上所谓的特鲁素氏综合征(Trousseau's syndrome),其特征为病因不明的自发性上下肢静脉血栓形成与反复发作的血栓性静脉炎等.其统计的DVT83例中检出的癌症为11例,达13.3%(11/83);其中特发性DVT中的癌症检出率为25.7%(9/35),而继发性DVT中仅为4.2%(2/48).
