摘要
介绍了具有衰减高能紫外激光和匀化光斑作用的紫外光纤传输阵列的结构设计及工作原理,对光纤传输阵列中采用的特殊紫外光纤特性进行了测试研究,同时详细报道了该紫外光纤传输阵列的排列、胶合和端面处理等关键技术。
The structure design and the operating principles of UV optical fiber transmission array are introduced, The characteristics of the special UV optical fiber used in the optical fiber transmission array are studied and tested. The key technologies such as the arrangement, adhesion and end-face preparation of the UV optical fiber transmission array, and their solving ways are reported in detail.
