摘要
兵灾,是因战争而造成的骚扰和灾害。20世纪20年代的河北,军阀连年征战,致使兵灾频生、种类纷杂、祸及面广。兵灾破坏了农业生产、打乱了农村社会生活秩序,给农民造成物质上的巨大损失和精神上的极大伤害。兵灾的根本成因是社会关系失调引发社会环境失控,兵灾问题的解决也只能通过社会变革来完成。
Disaster of war is the harassment and catastrophe caused by war. In 1920's, disaster of war occurred frequently, diversely and widely in Hebei province because of successive wars of the warlords. Disaster of war destroyed the agricultural production, disrupted the normal order of social living in the village, and caused great loss and hurt physically and spiritually for the farmers.The root of disaster of war lies in disorder of the social situation resulting from the maladjustment of social relationship. The only way to settle the problem is to innovate.
