对当前民营企业人本管理问题的几点思考

Viewpoints on Present Private Enterprises' Human-oriented Management

随着民营企业的不断发展壮大、竞争的不断升华,许多民营企业认识到“人”在企业发展中的重要地位。但由于民营企业的家族式资本结构、家族式管理模式及民营企业主素质不高等原因,导致了当前不少民营企业的人本管理还处于缺失状况。要解决这种状况,就必须进行资本结构的转变、管理模式的改变,在管理中尽快地建立“以人为本”的理念。同时在人本管理方式、方法的运用中,正确处理好诸如民营企业主与员工的关系等问题,利用国内名企的人本管理理念来武装自己。

As private enterprises developing and growing ,the competition becomes fiercer and fiercer. The private enterprises realized the importance of 'human-oriented' idea in enterprises development. However, familial capital structure, familial managing mode and low quality of the private enterprisers caused the lack of the human-oriented management in present private enterprise. To solve the problem we must carry on transiting capital structure, changing the managing mode, setting up the idea of 'human-oriented' as soon as possible in management. At the same time, we should deal with properly the relationship between private employees and their staffs in application of the 'human-oriented' management, armed with the management idea of famous domestic enterprises.
