摘要
文章阐述了网络时代图书馆员应具备的素质,分析了目前图书馆员的素质现状,提出了提高馆员素质的对策及途径。
The author expresses the qualities of librarians in network times, analyses the current situation of their qualities, and puts forwardly the ways and countermeasures in improving the qualities of librarians.
