半胱胺及其复合制剂对绒山羊血液中胰岛素,T_3及瘤胃总蛋白含量的影响

Effects of Cysteamine and Its Compound Preparation on Concentration of Insulin,T_3 and Total Protein of Rumen of Cashmere Goats

选取3头平均体重为16kg左右6月龄的辽宁绒山羊,安装永久性瘤胃瘘管和盲肠瘘管。采用3×3拉丁方设计,分为半胱胺(Cysteamine,Cs)组、协同组和对照组,并分为3期,每期7d,过渡期10d。结果表明:半胱胺组和协同组的血浆中胰岛素浓度分别比对照组提高16.85%和11.18%,差异均为显著(P<0.05);其血浆三碘甲腺原氨酸(3,5,3'-triiodothy ronine,T3)浓度也均高于对照组,分别比对照组提高28.44%和27.64%,差异也均为显著(P<0.05);而瘤胃总蛋白浓度分别比对照组提高22.76%和15.15%(P<0.05)。

<Abstrcat>Three six-month-old LiaoNing cashmere goats with average live weight of 16 kg were selected and fitted with permanent ruminal and caecal fistulae. By the design of 3×3 Latin square, the cashmere goats were divided into the three groups, that is, cysteamine group, combination group and control group. The goats of each experimental group were fed with the same basic feed. The cashmere goats in the control group were only fed with basic fodder, while the Cs group with the basic fodder added with cysteamine 100 μg/(g·WB) one time every week, the combination group with the basic fodder added with cysteamine 100 μg/(g·WB) one time every week and daidzein 3 μg/g every day. The experiment had three periods, and each of seven days for trail and ten days for break. The results are as follows. Compared with the control group, the insulin concentration of Cs group and combination group increased 16.85% and 11.18% respectively (P<0.05), the T_3 concentration of Cs group and combination group increased 28.44% and 27.64% respectively (P<0.05), and the total protein concentration of Cs group and combination group increased 22.76% and 15.65% respectively(P<0.05).
