苏云金杆菌15A3对小菜蛾和甜菜夜蛾的田间防效试验

Effect of Controlling Pluttella xylostella and Spodoptera exiguaby Bacillus thuringiensis 15A3 Agent

苏云金杆菌15A3菌株对蔬菜鳞翅目害虫有着较好的防效,防治天津地区1代小菜蛾药后5d的校正防效为95.19%,防治甜菜夜蛾7d后的校正防效为82.52%。与对照药剂的94.04%和66.00%相比,苏云金杆菌15A3两种剂型在对害虫的防治效果上有较明显的优势。

<Abstrcat> Bt15A3 agent controls the vegetable pests effectively. To fresh larva of Pluttella xylostella in Tianjin, the corrected controlling ratio of Bt15A3sc is up to 95.19% 5 days after application. And to Spodoptera exigua,the corrected controlling ratio of Bt15A3sc is 82.52% 7 days later. Thus,comparing with the CK of 94.04% and 66.00% respectively,there is an obvious superiority to controlling the pests by Bt15A3 agents.
