大学城中校园规划建设用地指标分析

An analysis of construction land norm for college campus in university district

通过分析1992年国家颁布的《普通高等学校建筑规划面积指标》(简称《规划指标》),研讨大学城中高校校园规划建设用地面积。认为只要有效地利用地形,科学规划,1992年的《规划指标》总体上还是可以满足大学城中各高校校园规划建设需求,且有一定的发展弹性,只是在规划用地时必须对该《规划指标》进行分区分解,并根据现实需求予以适当调整;不同的建设区域应与时俱进地采用不同的建筑容积率指标。

<Abstrcat> Construction land norm for college campus is investigated by analyzing 'Planned construction land area norm for universities and colleges' ('planned land norm' for short) issued by the Chinese government in 1992. It is maintained that the planned land norm can still satisfy the demand of campus construction within university district and can leave certain room for development when the terrain is effectively utilized with scientific planning. What is required is that the norm should be sectionalized and properly adjusted. To cope with the time, different construction volume rate norm should be adopted in different construction areas.
