高校德育工作应体现“以人为本”的教育思想

The Educational Phylosophy View of ‘People First’ Should be Embodied in the Moral Education in College

德育工作在高校教育中是一个非常重要的环节,也是养成大学生人格的重要手段之一。在长期的发展过程中,我国高校德育工作形成了相对稳定的模式、内容及目标要求,对学生的道德教育起到了一定作用。但随着社会的不断发展,高校德育工作中长期积累的观念却使德育教育的效果收效甚微,其中最为突出的表现是缺乏“以人为本”的教育思想。

Moral education is a very important part in higher education as well as very important means to cultivate the moral qualities of the college students. A relatively steady mode, content and aim of college moral education has already been formed for years and has played certain roles in the moral education of students. With the development and change of society, some old ideas in moral education decrease the effects of moral education and the most critical problem is the lack of the educational view of “People first”.
