摘要
通过犬体外循环模型,以血浆和红细胞膜过氧化脂质(P-LPO和Em-LPO)作为机体及红细胞膜过氧化损伤的指标,同时测定红细胞变形能力(IF)、血浆游离血红蛋白(PF-Hb)、红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(E-SOD)和红细胞钠钾-ATP酶及钙镁-ATP酶。观察到体外循环对红细胞具有明显的损伤作用,IF及PF-Hb升高,分别与P-LPO和Em-LPO呈直线正相关。维生素E可明显减轻脂质过氧化反应,对红细胞具有确切的保护作用。文章简要讨论了氧自由基对红细胞损伤的机制及维生素E保护作用的途径。

dogs were subjected to cardiopulmonarybypass with membrane oxygenator for 120
niinutes.The effect of lipid peroxide inJury on red blood cellswas studied by measurement of
plasma and erythro-cyte menibrane lipid peroxide, deformabioity of ery-throcyte, plasma free
hemoglobin , superoxide dismu-tase, Na ̄+-K ̄+-ATPase and Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase
oferythrocytes. The effect of vitamin E on red bloodcells was also investigated. The findings
indicatedthat vitamin E might protect red blood cells fromlipid peroxide inJury during
extracorporeal circulation. The mechanism of damage effect of lipid perox-ide and the protective
effect of vitarnin E on red bloodcells were briefiy discussed.
