现阶段经济行政垄断问题初探

Research on Chinese Administrative Monopoly at Present

垄断扭曲了市场竞争与价格的关系,造成了资源的极大浪费,而行政垄断是我国主要的垄断形式。在我国社会主义市场经济条件下,行政垄断有其特殊性,通过分析行政垄断在我国形成和存在的原因及产生的重大危害性,给出了消除行政垄断的若干措施。

Monopoly distorts the relation of impartial competition and market price, which has caused heavy resource waste. At present, administrative monopoly is a vital type in our country and has its own particular character. In this paper, through analyzing the reason of the existence and developement administrative monopoly and harmful effects on society, the author believe that administrative monopoly blocks development of economic reform and we must take effective measures to eliminate it.
