首先确定出作用在25t绞盘主要部件的主动力和约束力,建立了绞盘支架结构的有限元仿真计算模型,其中对各部件之间的接触条件给予了仔细的简化处理·仿真计算结果表明,绞盘中间传动齿轮轴与右支架钢板连接处区域的强度最薄弱·提出的改进设计方案,使结构的最大Mises应力降低了40%·
The forces acted on the main parts of a 25t On-board winch are firstly determined. A finite element analysis model of the winch is established, where the contact conditions between the parts are treated carefully. The simulation results show that the strength weakness is near the joint between the middle transfer gear axis and the right bracket steel plate. The improved design scheme decreases the maximum Mises stress by 40%.
