On the Ethics Connotation of the Right

过去的伦理学主要是义务伦理学,而社会伦理学可以看做是权利伦理学。在权利伦理这里强调权利优先于义务,道德权利是道德义务的前提。对于权利与正义何者优先的问题,应当具体考察,从社会伦理角度看权利优先于正义,而从普世伦理角度分析,普遍的正义优先于权利,这也是普世伦理理论建构的价值要求。
