摘要
经营者年薪制是我国国有企业改革过程中的一项重要举措,其对东北老工业基地的国企改造更具有重要意义。吉林省吉林市作为东北老工业基地的代表城市,在进行国企年薪制改革的过程中取得了一些经验,但也存在一些问题,这对整个东北地区国企实施年薪制改革提供了实践经验和借鉴。
The annual salary system of managers is an important measure in the process of nationalized enterprise reform in China,which has an important meaning to nationalized enterprise reform in the traditional industry base of northeast of China.For example of Jilin city,the annual salary system of managers was analyzed,and promoting and perfecting the strategies of annual salary system of nationalized enterprise are presented.
