知情权相关法律问题的思考

The Right to Know Related the Law

知情权主要涉及三个问题,即概念、性质和内容。应该从知情权的公权与私权的双重属性出发,提炼出知情权的概念,并应从六个方面来理解该概念。知情权的性质应定位于宪法权利。对于知情权内容的探讨,应包括利害关系人之间的相关信息知情权。

Three problems of the right to know are concerned concept, kind with contents.From the civil rights that know what happened the power and the private power of dual belong to the sex, the concept that know what happened the power is refined, and this concept should be comprehended from six aspects.The kind of knowing what happened power is belong to constitution right.
