实施学分制后辅导员工作的改进

辅导员工作在高校德育教育中起着举足轻重的作用。在学分制教学取代学年制教学以后,班级功能减弱,学生宿舍功能增强,辅导员的工作方式和工作重心都发生了变化。努力提高辅导员自身综合素质、准确掌握学分制下辅导员工作的规律和方法是辅导员顺利开展工作,辅导学生成才的重要保障。

Tutors play a very important role in university's moral education.When academic teaching year is replaced by credit system, the function of the class is weakened, and the function of students'dormitory is enhanced. Great changes have taken place in the way and the routine focus of tutors' work. So tutors are supposed to improve their overall qualities, master the rules and the ways of working with credit system ,which is important to instruct students.
