摘要
在对棉短绒进行基本分析的基础上进行了烧碱蒽醌法制浆工艺的探讨。通过正交实验进一步分析了最高温度、用碱量、保温时间对得率、纸浆高锰酸钾值及黑液残碱的影响,得出了最佳工艺条件,并进行了验证实验。
Soda-anthraquinone pulping of cotton linter has been researched under the study of the components of cotton linter. After a series of experiments, the effect of cooking temperature, soda consuming and keeping time on pulp yield, the number of KMnO_4 and the rest soda in liquid have been analyzed. Then the optimum conditions have been obtained. After that, the results have been confirmed by a cooking experiment.
