论职业中学兼职教师的聘用与管理

On Part-time Teachers' Engagement and Administration in Middle Vocational School

兼职教师是中等职业学校师资力量的重要组成部分,加强兼职教师队伍建设,是实现中等职业教育产教结合、面向市场办学和可持续发展的客观要求。为此,对当前职业中学兼职教师队伍建设中存在的聘用与管理问题进行了认真分析,并提出了相应的对策。

Part-time teachers are an important part of teacher source in middle vocational school. To strengthen the construction of part-time teachers is the objective demand to realize the combination of producing and teaching in vocational-technical middle schools, and is the demand to run a school facing the market. Therefore the paper carefully analyzes the problems of employment and administration in the course of constructing part-time teachers in middle vocational school and put forward some suggestions.
