数字图书馆建设中存在的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures in the Construction of Digital Libraries

数字图书馆是我国图书馆事业的发展方向。通过对近十年发展的回顾、分析,总结我国数字图书馆目前所存在的问题主要是,认识不足、法律不健全、组织运营不合理、数字信息非标准化、电子文本质量差和网络运行不安全。文章提出了,提高对数字图书馆的认识水平;加强数字图书馆的资源、质量、统一标准和网络安全建设;加强馆际合作,实行资源共享;同时要加强我国图书馆的法律建设,以保证我国数字图书馆事业沿着健康、正确的轨道顺利发展。

Digital library is the direction of our library undertaking. Through retrospection and analysis on the post about ten years developing of digital library in our country,some problems were found out such as cognition lack,laws imperfection,illogicality of organization and operation,digital information non-standardization, electronic text bad and network insecurity. The paper put forward that through increasing cognition; enhance resource, qualities, standardization and network security; strengthen cooperate between libraries , carry out share resource and reinforce the library low build in our country,ensure digital library career developing in a healthiness and correct way.
