1,2-二取代二茂铁衍生物的结构与旋光方向的关系

摘要 根据笔者所提出的螺旋理论,对1,2-二取代二茂铁及其衍生物的结构与旋光方向间的关系进行了分析。由于手性1,2二取代二茂铁的两个取代基之间的范德华斥力,致使其分子结构中包含的部分螺旋改变了仰角,而这种改变使有关螺旋的旋光度代数和不为零,因而导致旋光性。根据这些螺旋的可极化性,可以准确地预测这类化合物的旋光方向。由旋光方向,同样可以推断其立体结构。 The relationship between structure and rotatory direction of 1,2-disubstituted ferrocene and its derivatives is analyzed based on the helix theory proposed by the authors. Because of the van der Waals repulsion between two substituents existed in chiral 1,2-disubstitited ferrocene, the elevation angle of partial helix in the molecular structure is changed. As a result, the algebraic sum of rotatory value of related helix is not equal to zero, thus resulting in optical activity. Based on the polarizability of these helixes, the rotatory direction of this kind of compound can be predicted, and its stereostructure can also be deduced from the rotatory direction.
