摘要 确立了测定牛黄解毒丸和牛黄解毒片中砷含量的方法。Zn与酸作用所产生的初生态氢与试品中微量的砷盐化合物反应,生成的砷化氢再与溴化汞试纸作用生成黄色或棕黄色的砷斑。在同一条件下,将供试品与标准砷溶液所显的砷斑颜色进行比较,以测得供试品中的砷含量。对同仁堂的药片和药丸、烟台中亚的药丸、石家庄乐仁堂的药片以及邯郸制药的药片进行了分析,生成的的砷斑浅于标准砷斑的颜色或与标准砷斑的颜色一致。检出限达到1μg/mL以下,标准相对误差低于6%。 A method to measure As content in Niuhuangjiedupian and Niuhuangjieduwan was set up. Zn reacted with acids and nascent hydrogen was produced. Then nascent hydrogen reacted with arsonium compound and arsenic hydride was produced. At last arsenic hydride reacted with the test paper of HgBr2 and yellow or light brown spot of As appeared. Colors of spots of As obtained from the sample and from the standard arsenic solution were compared to determine the As content in the sample. Tablets and pills from Tongrentang, pills from Yantai Zhongya Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd., tablets from Shijiazhuang Lerentang Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. and tablets from Handan Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. were analyzed. The spots of As were lighter than or equal with that of the standard arsenic solution. The detection limit was below 1 μg/mL, and the standard relative error was below 6% .
