银盐法测定牛黄解毒片(丸)中的三氧化二砷

Using Silver Salt Method to Measure the Content of Arsenic Trioxide in Niuhuang Jiedu Pian/Wan

建立了银盐法测牛黄解毒片和牛黄解毒丸中三氧化二砷含量的方法。金属锌与酸作用所产生的初生态氢与供试品中微量的砷盐化合物反应生成挥发性的砷化氢,再与二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸银作用生成紫红色产物。将试样与标准砷溶液在同一条件下所得的产物置分光光度计下测量出透光度,通过比较透光度的相对大小,来判断所测药片和药丸是否合乎国家标准。用所建立的方法对不同厂家生产的牛黄解毒片和牛黄解毒丸进行了测定。

Silver salt method was set up to measure the content of arsenic trioxide in Niuhuang Jiedu Pian and Niuhuang Jiedu Wan. Zn reacted with acid and nascent hydrogen was produced. Then nascent hydrogen reacted with arsonium compound in the test sample and arsenic hydride was produced. At last arsenic hydrogen reacted with silver-diethyldithocarbamate and a mauve product was produced. Products obtained from the sample and from the standard arsenic solution under the same conditions were measured by spectrophotometer. The light transmittances were compared to make sure whether the national standards are followed. Niuhuang Jiedu Pian and Niuhuang Jiedu Wan produced by different factories were measured using the method described above.
