摘要
含铜高纯低碳钢具有高强度、高韧性等多种优良的性能。本文研究了Fe-1.12Cu合金在固溶、沉淀过程中组织结构的变化规律。结果表明,Fe-1.12Cu合金在固溶态存在铜原子的偏聚区,呈现短程有序结构;在时效峰处,铜原子在有序畴中呈现有序排列,并与基体共格;在过时效阶段,有序畴经类B2结构等过渡相,逐渐演化成fcc的ε-Cu颗粒。
High purity low-carbon steel containing copper has many excellent properties, such as high strength, high toughness, etc. The structure transformation rules of Fe-1.12Cu alloy during solution and aging treatment were studied. The results show that Cu atom cluster exists as a kind of short distance ordering structure in solution states. Copper atom appears as orderly arrangement in the ordering domain and keeps coherent with matrix in aging peak. During over-aging, the ordering domain transforms into transient-phase, i.e B2-like structure, etc, which evolves into fcc ε-Cu particles eventually.
