先天性房室间隔缺损的产前超声诊断

Prenatal diagnosis of Congenital Atrioventricular Septal Defect by Ultrasonography

目的探讨胎儿房室间隔缺损(AVSD)的产前超声诊断特征,以提高其产前超声诊断率。方法回顾性分析15例胎儿房室间隔缺损的产前超声特征、产后尸体解剖及其合并畸形,对其结果进一步分析。结果胎儿房室间隔缺损15例,均经产后解剖证实。完全性房室间隔缺损13例,部分性房室间隔缺损2例。其中合并心内畸形11例;合并心外畸形9例;无合并其他畸形的病例2例。结论本资料结果显示,房室间隔缺损产前有特征性的超声诊断声像并依此征象可将其检出;房室间隔缺损多合并其他的心内、外畸形。所以心内、外畸形的检出也是非常重要的。

Objective In order to improve diagnostic ratio of fetal atrioventricular septal defect(AVSD), the ultrasonographic characteristics of the prenatal AVSD were studied.Methods The prenatal ultrasonographic characteristics, postnatal corpse anatomy,their complicating anomalis and results were analysed retrospectively in 15 cases with fetal AVSD.Results There were 15 cases with fetal AVSD which were finally diagnosed by postnatal anatomy , including 13 cases with complete AVSD and 2 cases with partial AVSD, 2 cases(2/15)had no other anomalies. 7 cases had intracardiac anomalies and 10 cases had extracardiac anomalies.Conclusion The results showed that the prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of congenital AVSD could be made according to their typical ultrasonographic characteristics and AVSD usually combined with others intra or extra cardiac anomalies,It is also important to diagnose the intra or extra cardiac anomalies.
