高频超声对隐睾症的临床诊断价值

Value of high frequency ultrasonography in the diagnosis of cryptorchidism

目的探讨高频超声对于隐睾症的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经手术及病理证实的51例隐睾症的声像图表现。结果隐睾症的高频声像图表现,呈低回声49例,稍强回声2例。其中隐睾位于腹股沟管46例占90.1%,隐睾位于腹膜后3例占5.9%,阴囊上端2例占3.9%。结论高频超声对隐睾的诊断与鉴别诊断有很大的临床价值,可以为临床治疗提供可靠的信息。

Objective To investigate the value of high frequency ultrasonography in the diagnosis of cryptorchidism. Methods The high frequency ultrasonographic appearance of fifty-one cases with cryptorchidism confirmed by operation and pathology were studied retrospectively.Results 49 cases with low-echo and 2 cases with high-echo were found by high frequency ultrasonography. Among these cases the cryptorchidism of 46 cases (90.1%)were in inguinal canal, 3 cases(5.9%) behind parietal peritoneum, and 2 cases(3.9%) beyond scrotum.Conclusion High frequency ultrasonography has more important diagnostic value in cryptorchidism and may provide some useful informations for clinical treatment of cryptorchidism.
