经阴道超声监测排卵的临床价值

Clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound in observing follicular development

目的经阴道超声观察卵泡生长、发育、排卵过程,评价其临床治疗效果。方法对103例排卵障碍性不孕症促卵泡治疗者进行经阴道超声观察,从月经第10d开始监测卵泡发育,重点观察卵巢内卵泡大小、数目、卵泡生长速度、是否排卵,指导临床治疗。结果103例经促排卵治疗,卵泡发育成熟67例,占65%,其中受孕42例。结论经阴道超声监测排卵并指导临床用药,对不孕症治疗具有重要临床意义。

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of applying transvaginal ultrasound in observing follicular development.Methods Transvaginal ultrasound was performed in 103 infertile women with ovulation failure who were treated with induced ovulation. The follicular development was observed from the tenth day of menstrual cycle, and the emphases were laid on the size,number , and development of follicle ,which can instruct clinical therapy.Results Among 103 patients with induced ovulation those with the matured follicle were 67 cases (65%) and the pregnant patients were 42 cases.Conclusion It plays an important role that transvaginal ultrasound being performed in follicular development can provide doctors with good instructions in induced ovulation treatment.
