超声评价功能性消化不良患者远、近端胃排空障碍

Evaluating gastric motivity of patients with functional dyspepsia by ultrasound

目的探讨功能性消化不良(functionaldyspepsia,FD)患者的远、近端胃排空运动,评价超声诊断FD的准确性。方法应用超声技术检测67例FD患者远、近端胃排空运动,并与100例正常人对照。结果①45%(30/67)FD患者胃窦幽门协调收缩频率[(1.0±0.6)次/min]较正常人[(3.0±0.8)次/min]明显减少(P<0.01);②34%(23/67)FD患者胃底-体交界处胃内液体半排空时间[(56.0±8.0)min]较正常人[(30.0±4.0)min]明显延长(P<0.01);③21%(14/67)FD患者全胃排空障碍。超声对FD的阳性诊断符合率为100%。结论超声诊断FD有较高临床应用价值。

Objective To explore distal,proximal gastric emptying of patients with functional dyspepsia(FD),and to evaluate the positive diagnosis accuracy by ultrasound in FD.Methods The distal ,proximal gastric emptying of 67 patients with FD and 100 healthy subjects(HS) as control group were observed by sonography.Results ① The frequency of antro pylorus contraction in 45% (30/67) patients with FD(1.0±0.6 cpm) was lower significantly than that in HS (3.0±0.8 cpm) (P<0.01).②The 1/2 gastric liquid emptying time of juncture at gastric corpus and fundus in 34% (23/67) FD (56.0±8.0 min)was delayed significantly compared with HS (30.0±4.0 min) (P<0.01).③ 21% FD (14/67) were whole disorder of gastric emptying. The positive accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis in FD is 100%.Conclusion ultrasound is valuable in diagnosising FD
