磁共振成像在阴茎假体植入术治疗ED后的应用

摘要 目的探讨磁共振成像技术在阴茎假体植入术治疗ED随访中的应用。方法对ED患者进行阴茎充吸试验,通过MRI对试验前后植入假体勃起前后的长度、管腔内径进行测量,观察储液球及管道有否渗漏、脱节,有否术后感染造成局部软组织粘连。结果本文2例患者分别于术后8个月、1年行MR复查,轴位T2WI上可见阴茎假体外周有环形假包膜信号,假体与周围软组织层次分界清晰,未见明显渗漏信号;膀胱前方见储液囊,形态张力良好;阴囊内见松开阀信号。充胀过程顺利,假体通畅。结论磁共振成像技术具有良好的软组织分辨率,与现有X线平片、B超检查相比更能提供准确、清晰的影像诊断依据,在阴茎假体植入术治疗ED中具有良好的应用价值。 Objective To probe role of MRI in follow-up of inflatable penileprosthesis(IPP) implantation for treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED). MethodsMRI was used to measure length and inside diameter of the dildo before and aftererection after inflation-deflation experiment. Leakage, dislocation, soft tissue adhesiondue to postoperation infection were observed for liquid-storing ball and duct. Results2 patients undergoing IPPP were followed up with MRI at 8 months and 12 months.Axis-position T2WI showed ring-shaped pseudocapsule around the IPP, borderbetween IPP and surrounding soft tissue was clear, there was no leakage signal,liquid-storing cyst was seen ahead of bladder, the cyst stayed good in shape and tension,signal for turning-off valve can be seen in scrotum. The inflation and deflation weresmooth and the IPP was unobstructed. Conclusion MIR is good at telling softtissues, and better in imaging compared to X-ray and B ultrasound. MRI is useful infollow-up of IPP implantation for treatment of ED.[
