摘要
目的:初步分析嗜人按蚊中肠膜蛋白组分。方法:采用SDS-PAGE以及银氨染色法检测嗜人按蚊中肠膜蛋白分子量,并对分子量标准(Mr116000~14400)进行直线回归分析。结果:嗜人按蚊中肠粗蛋白(C带)上有8条主带,而膜蛋白(B带)上有4条主带。Marker标准直线回归系数为-0.9814。通过电泳迁移率计算,得出膜蛋白分子量在66.2~35.48kD范围。结论:膜蛋白提取后,嗜人按蚊中肠蛋白组分进一步得到纯化。
Objective: To analyze the protion members of An. Anthropophagus midgut membrane protein. Methods: The membrane protein was analyzed by SDS-PAGE and silver staining method and the standard molecular weight (Mr 116~14.4 kD) was made by the linear regression. Results: 8 main bands were found in An. Anthropophagus crude protein (C band), then 4 main bands were found in the midgut membrane protein (B band) has 4 main bands. The correlation coefficient of molecular markers was -0.9814. After calculate electrophoretic mobility,we known molecular weight of membrane protein in range 66.2~35.48 kD. Conclusion: This experiment testifies that the ingredient of mosquito midgut are made purify after extracted the membrane protein.
