摘要
运用连续流动法,在MSMPR结晶器中系统研究了石膏二步法制硫酸钾第一阶段中停留时间、结晶温度、进料配比及(NH4)2CO3质量分数对CaCO3结晶过程的影响,确定了适宜的结晶工艺条件。并采用间歇法考察了多种絮凝剂和表面活性剂改善CaCO3结晶的效果。结果表明,加入适量十二烷基苯磺酸钠和异丙醇可促进CaCO3结晶生长。
The effect of some factors on the crystallization of CaCO_3 in the process of potassium sulfate production by the two-step conversion of gypsum was investigated in a continuous MSMPR crystallizer such as residence time, temperature, ratio of feedstock and mass percent of (NH_4)_2CO_3. The optimum crystallization process conditions were gained. In the batch experiment, the effects of additives of flocculants and surfactants on CaCO_3 crystal growth were discussed. The results show the crystallization process can be improved by adding the dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid sodium salt and isopropanol.
