摘要
目的:调查分析住院患者对常见慢性病防治常识的知晓情况。方法:对北京某大医院1071例诊疗基本结束的住院患者进行问卷调查,调查表信息通过EPiData录入(.rec),使用SAS6.12软件进行统计描述和检验。结果:住院患者对高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症的诊断标准、治疗原则、危险因素及危害的知晓率普遍处于较低水平,高血压、糖尿病专科患者知晓率相对较高,但也并不理想。结论:医院在对患者进行专科疾病诊疗过程中,有必要开展普遍的健康教育,通过提高人群对慢性病的危险因素及危害的知晓率,促进慢性病的治疗率和控制率的提高。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the awareness rate of inpatients’ knowledge about prevention and treatment of chronic diseases. Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted in 1 071 inpatients in a major hospital in Beijing. The data were typed in Epi (.rec) and analyzed with SAS 6.12. Results:Inpatients knew very little about diagnostic standards, treatment principles, risk factors and harms of hypertension, diabetes and hyperlipidemia. The inpatients in the department of Cardiovasology or Endocrinology knew a little more, but it was not ideal. Conclusions:Health education should be offered to inpatients during the medical treatment in every clinical department. The cure rate and control rate of patients with chronic diseases could be enhanced by improving the people’s awareness rate of risk factors and harms of chronic diseases.
