摘要
课题是对影响珠光体可锻铸铁组织及性能的因素进行研究,从而优化珠光体可锻铸铁热处理工艺。通过试验,先初步探讨了第二阶段热处理工艺对珠光体可锻铸铁机械性能的影响。试验结果表明,回火温度比淬火温度对机械性能的影响大。因此,在珠光体可锻铸铁第二阶段热处理时,应主要控制好回火温度。
In order to optimize the heat treatment technology for pearlite malleable iron,experiment has been carried out on the basis of study on factors that have influence on the structure and properties of pearlitic malleable iron.At first,the influence of technology of second stage heat treatment on the mechanical properties of pearlitic malleable iron is investigated,and results show that the draw tempering temperature has more influence on the mechanical properties than quenching temperature does.Therefore,it is important to properly control the tempering temperature during the second stage heat treatment.
