摘要
采用不同消解方法对一种苦丁茶样品进行了预处理,并用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法、电感耦合等离子体质谱法、原子吸收光谱法,原子荧光光谱法和冷蒸气原子吸收光谱法等仪器分析方法测定了其中Al、As、Ba、Ca、Cd、Ce、Co、Cr、Cs、Cu、Fe、Hg、K、La、Mg、Mn、Na、Ni、P、Pb、Rb、Sb、Se、Sr、Th、U、Y和Zn共28种元素的含量,同时还对其它苦丁茶样品及几类苦丁茶浸提液中Cd含量进行了分析。研究结果表明:苦丁茶含有较为丰富的对人体有益的宏、微量元素,但一些产地苦丁茶中Cd含量偏高,在冲泡时能部分被浸出,有可能对人体健康产生不利影响。
A Kuding tea sample was collected and digested with different decomposition methods, the concentrations of Al, As, Ba, Ca, Cd, Ce, Co, Cr, Cs, Cu, Fe, Hg, K, La, Mg, Mn, Na, Ni, P, Pb, Rb, Sb, Se, Sr, Th, U, Y and Zn in the sample were determined by using ICP-AES, ICP-MS, AAS, AFS and CVAAS, the concentrations of cadmium in other Kuding tea samples and some kinds of Kuding tea infusions were also analysed. It was found that Kuding tea leaves contain many kinds of macro- and micro- elements which are beneficial to human health, nevertheless, the concentrations of cadmium in some Kuding tea leaves are a little high. When these Kuding tea leaves were infused, cadmium can be partly extracted into the tea infusion, which may do harm to human bodies.
