硒是维持生命必需的微量元素,它是机体的一种非特异性抗氧化剂—谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px)的重要成分之一。国内外大量流行病、实验室和临床等研究均表明硒与肝脏疾病的发生、发展及预后关系密切,并对其作用机理进行了探讨,为相关疾病的防治提供依据。

Selenium is a kind of microelement to maintain the essential life, and it is one of the important compositions of glutathione peroxidase (GSH—Px), which is a kind of non- peculiar antioxidant of an organism. At home and abroad, a large number of researches, such as Epidemiology, laboratory, and clinical, indicate that selenium is in close relation with emergence, development and prognosis of the liver disease, and have carried on the discussion to its function mechanism, which try to offer the basis for prevention and cure of relevant diseases.
