摘要
采用了改善炭石墨材料基体抗氧化性能和用磷酸无机高分子复合盐处理的内外结合的方法制备了一种耐高温氧化石墨。这种炭石墨材料的特点是保持着炭石墨基体材料的特性如自润滑性、耐磨性、硬度、强度等,适用于高温富氧条件下长时间工作的动密封材料。本文论述了耐高温氧化石墨的研制情况,并列出了在650℃以上不同温度下富氧条件下的氧化失重结果。分析结果表明这种耐高温氧化石墨材料在650℃下富氧条件中氧化失重达5%的时间为100小时。
<Abstrcat>An anti-oxidation graphite material was prepared by improving anti-oxidazation of carbon graphite and treatment with phosphate inorganic high-content mixed salt.The feature of this material is to keep base,such as self-lubrification,abrasiveness,hadness,strength etc.and suitable for seeling material work under high temperature rich oxygen content condition.Its process of preparation was discussed,and its result of anti-oxidazation testing under different high temperature rich oxygen content condition above 650℃ was given.Analysis result shown that the oxidazation gravity loss below at is 5% 650℃ at 100 hours.
