近年来,改善毛细管电泳灵敏度的相关研究得到了快速发展,可以归结为3个方面,即毛细管电泳联用检测技术、毛细管电泳柱上富集技术以及毛细管电泳与样品前处理联用技术,本文对毛细管电泳柱上富集技术的研究进展进行了综述,以期对相关的研究工作提供参考.

In recent years, great progress has been made for enhancing the detection sensitivity of capillary electrophoresis analysis, and can be include into three parts: high sensitive hyphenated technique for detection, pre-concentration on column, sample pretreatment technique coupled to capillary electrophoresis. This review focused on the advance about preconcentration on column.
