糖皮质激素治疗小儿皮肤血管瘤的副作用探讨

Investigation on side effects of corticosteriod in the treatment of congenital skin hemangioma

目的探讨糖皮质激素局部注射治疗小儿皮肤血管瘤后副反应的发生。方法对716例小儿皮肤血管瘤患者局部注射曲安奈得后,进行观察、随访。结果716例中193例发生副反应,总发生率为26.9%。年龄越大、注射次数越多副反应发生率越高,与注射部位无明显关系。晕厥多发生于年龄小、头面部注射者。皮肤萎缩、满月脸多发生于年龄大、注射次数多者。结论皮质激素治疗小儿皮肤血管瘤存在诸多副作用,临床医生应谨慎使用。

Objective To explore the side effects of corticosteriod in the treatment of congenital skin hemangioma.Methods 716 cases of skin hemangioma children injected with Triamcinolone Acetonide were observed and followed up.Results 193 cases occurred side effects among 716 cases of skin hemangioma children, the total occurrence rate is 26.9% . It was found that the occurrence rate of side effects was higher in children with older age, more injection times and no significant relation with the injection location. Syncope occurred more frequently in the children with younger age, injected on the head or face. while atrophy and full-moon-face more frequently in the children with older age, more injection time.Conclusion There are many side-effects of corticosteriod in the treatment of congenital skin hemangioma, so clinician should use it carefully.
