摘要
目的了解儿童少年学习障碍的认知特征及影响因素。方法采用修订版儿童学习障碍筛查量表(PRS)对深圳市城区小学及初中学生进行了测评分析。结果学习障碍筛出率为12.20%,其中男生为17.00%,女生为7.30%,男女发生率比例为2.3∶1,差异有显著性意义;PRS分析发现学习障碍主要表现在听觉性理解及社会行为两大能区;适应障碍对学习障碍的发生影响较大。结论学习障碍的预防和矫治要制定个性化措施。
Objective To investigate the cognitive character and effective factor of children′s learning disabilities (LD).Methods The primary and secondary school students of Shenzhen city were analyzed by Pupil Rating Scale Revised Screening for Learning (PRS).Results The prevalence rate of LD is 12 20%,17 00% in boys and 7 30% in girls;the rate is 2 3 to 1 0;the difference is evident in sex.PRS analysis showed that the principal signal of learning disabilities was lessening comprehension and social behavior.Adapting disabilities has great influence on learning disabilities.Conclusion Learning disabilities should be prevented and corrected by personality measures.
