电话访问在社区健康教育快速评估项目中的应用分析

The Application Analysis of Phone Interview on the Rapid Assessment Procedures in Community Health Education

目的论述电话访问在健康教育快速评估项目中的应用特点。方法在京、津、沪、渝、辽、冀、皖、浙、闽、粤、陕11个省(直辖市)的省会城市内各随机抽取1个城区中的8～12个社区卫生服务机构,应用电话访谈,并结合实地拍摄数码照片的补充资料,验证其与电话访问结果的一致性。结果共对115家社区卫生服务机构成功地进行了电话访问。其中入户走访比率为82.61%,健康教育讲座比率为80.87%,张贴宣传画比率为53.91%。结论调查显示的11个省(直辖市)卫生行政部门在春节期间组织实施的全国城市居民健康社区强化干预的工作情况与调查结果基本一致,活动内容可信;说明此次应用电话访问实施全国城市居民健康社区强化干预快速评估项目的设计方案可行,调查数据可信,具有可操作性,结合评估项目的内容和目的,电话访问是一种具有潜力、可充分利用的快速评估方法。

Objective To discuss the application characteristics of phone interview on the rapid assessment procedures in community health education.Methods Using the method of telephone interview to investigate 12 districts of 115 CHS institutes on the health education intervention and taking some digital pictures on the intervention among these CHS institutes.Results In the 11 sample cities,115 CHS institutes were successfully interviewed by phone calls.The rate of visiting poor patients in the communities was 82 61%,the held health education lectures rate was 80 87% and the rate of putting up the posters designed by the Minister of Health was 53 91%.Conclusion The results by phone interviews showed that in 11 provinces the conditions of the health education intervention planned and implemented at different levels by the health administration department was unanimous to the investigation results,the activity content is reliable;It showed that the RAP design was accessible,the survey data were reliable,and the manipulating method was valuable in application.Combined with the evaluation contents and goals,the method of the phone call interview is one kind of an applicable RAP.
